Exchanges

If you experience a sizing issue, damage, or fault with your item, we’re here to help. We take pride in creating high-quality, bespoke pieces, and we’ll gladly remake and exchange the item if needed. Please note that the exchange process may take up to 3 weeks, but we’ll do our best to get it sorted quickly.

To request an exchange, please email bizarreunderwear@gmail.com within 14 days of receiving your order. Make sure to include your order number and a description of the sizing issue or fault.

Refunds

As Bizarre is a small, handmade business, we do not offer refunds on orders. We focus on creating custom, one-of-a-kind pieces, and exchanges are available in the case of a fault or sizing issue.

Please note that we do not accept returns for change of mind.

We recommend checking our size chart for measurements before placing your order.

To measure your waist, wrap the tape around the narrowest part of your torso, above your belly button. For your hips, measure around the fullest part, ensuring the tape stays level. For your bust, measure around the fullest part of your chest, and for your underbust, measure just below your bust, where your bra band sits. Make sure the tape is snug but comfortable and parallel to the floor.
